All buildings will be reviewed and approved by an architectural committee. Diversity within the framework will be encouraged to add character to the neighborhood.

The Pearls Homeowners Association

The owners, through the association, will own, maintain and have use of the common facilities of swimming pools, an open air pavilion, an oceanfront boardwalk, streets, street utilities, sidewalks and street lighting.
